All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. We deliver nationwide across the Philippines.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged per order and calculated on the total weight of your parcel. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard nationwide delivery is handled by J&T Express.

Express delivery — Metro Manila

Express Shipping – Metro Manila is ₱250 for parcels up to 20 kg, delivered by Lalamove. It appears as an option at checkout for Metro Manila addresses.

Free shipping

Orders over ₱500 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard rates only. It does not apply to Express Shipping – Metro Manila (₱250), which is charged in full at any order value.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next warehouse day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, so an order placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday is dispatched on Monday.

Express Shipping – Metro Manila (Lalamove) also follows the 2:00 PM dispatch cut-off.

Return shipping

Our 3-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. The full terms are in our Return and refund policy.

If we approve a warranty return, we pay the return shipping — provided the item is sent back via J&T Express. Returns sent through any other courier are at your own cost and cannot be reimbursed.

We do not offer in-person returns or drop-off at our warehouse.
