Coverage
We ship nationwide across the Philippines through our partner carrier, J&T Express. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday — orders placed after the Saturday 2:00 PM cutoff, or on a Sunday, are dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Times
Metro Manila 1 to 3 working days · Luzon 1 to 5 working days · Visayas 3 to 7 working days · Mindanao 3 to 7 working days. Island destinations may take 5 to 6 days.

Same-Day Delivery:
We also offer same-day delivery through Lalamove within Metro Manila. Select Express Shipping — Metro Manila at checkout, or chat with us on our Facebook page.

Tracking
Parcel IDs are provided via SMS and email. Track your shipment on J&T Express's website for real-time updates.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you suspect a parcel is suspicious, you may choose not to receive it. We encourage recording a video during unboxing to document the item’s condition.

Warranty

Terms
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects with a full replacement policy. The warranty period is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for warranty claims, the product packaging and all included accessories must be intact.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover physical damage due to mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.

Repair/Replacement Policy
We offer replacements or store credit for items of equivalent value. In special cases, we may provide replacement parts, such as cables, free of charge.
