About the KBEAR KB EAR 07 Premium Silicone Upgrade Eartips IEM Tips
Upgrading from the stock eartips is possibly the easiest and most cost-efficient way to upgrade your listening experience with your favorite earphones. The KBEAR KB 07 tips are made of premium materials that provide excellent comfort, sound isolation, and even comes in a complete set to make sure you get the perfect fit.
Shipping and delivery times
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, and we deliver nationwide. Shipping is charged per order on the total weight of the parcel and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard nationwide delivery is handled by J&T Express. Estimated transit time after dispatch: Metro Manila 1–3 days, Luzon 1–5 days, Visayas and Mindanao 3–7 days, island destinations 5–6 days. Transit times are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day; orders after 2:00 PM go out on the next warehouse day. The warehouse runs Monday to Saturday, so an order placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday is dispatched on Monday.
Express Shipping – Metro Manila is ₱250 for parcels up to 20 kg, delivered by Lalamove, and appears at checkout for Metro Manila addresses. It follows the same 2:00 PM cut-off.
Free shipping over ₱500
Orders over ₱500 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard rates only. It does not apply to Express Shipping – Metro Manila (₱250), which is charged in full at any order value.
Returns and warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects with a full replacement policy, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The product packaging and all included accessories must be intact.
The warranty does not cover physical damage from mishandling, unauthorized modifications or repairs. We offer replacements or store credit for items of equivalent value, and in some cases replacement parts such as cables free of charge.
To start a claim, message us on our Facebook page. If we approve a warranty return we pay the return shipping, provided the item is sent back via J&T Express.
Changing or cancelling an order
An order can be changed or cancelled any time before it is fulfilled. Message us on our Facebook page with the order number and we will confirm.
