The Truthear Zero:RED is a dual dynamic driver in-ear monitor for listeners who want warm, full-bodied bass without losing vocal clarity.

It ships with a detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable, silicone eartips in S, M and L in thick and thin bores, and a pair of M foam tips. The 10 mm and 7.8 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 40.5 kHz, and at 17.5 Ω and 117.5 dB/Vrms it reaches full volume from a phone dongle.

The 2-pin fitting means the cable can be replaced later.

Zero:RED is a dual-dynamic wired IEM tuned for warm, balanced listening. TRUTHEAR publishes a 10 mm + 7.8 mm driver system, a detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable and an optional 10 Ω impedance adapter. SoundGuys found the stock tuning bassier than its preference curve but comfortable and easy to drive for most sources; RTINGS found stable fit and accurate reproduction, while noting weak low-frequency isolation and no microphone.

Comfortable, easy-to-drive warm tuning with strong bass

SoundGuys found the earphones comfortable and easy to drive for most sources, with stock bass above its preference curve and an optional adapter for more bass.

Drawbacks noted: The nozzle measured 6 mm, which can be large for small ear canals; there is no microphone, isolation is limited, and no water-resistance rating is published.

Shipping and delivery times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, and we deliver nationwide. Shipping is charged per order on the total weight of the parcel and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard nationwide delivery is handled by J&T Express. Estimated transit time after dispatch: Metro Manila 1–3 days, Luzon 1–5 days, Visayas and Mindanao 3–7 days, island destinations 5–6 days. Transit times are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day; orders after 2:00 PM go out on the next warehouse day. The warehouse runs Monday to Saturday, so an order placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday is dispatched on Monday.

Express Shipping – Metro Manila is ₱250 for parcels up to 20 kg, delivered by Lalamove, and appears at checkout for Metro Manila addresses. It follows the same 2:00 PM cut-off.

Free shipping over ₱500

Orders over ₱500 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard rates only. It does not apply to Express Shipping – Metro Manila (₱250), which is charged in full at any order value.

Returns and warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects with a full replacement policy, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The product packaging and all included accessories must be intact.

The warranty does not cover physical damage from mishandling, unauthorized modifications or repairs. We offer replacements or store credit for items of equivalent value, and in some cases replacement parts such as cables free of charge.

To start a claim, message us on our Facebook page. If we approve a warranty return we pay the return shipping, provided the item is sent back via J&T Express.
