The Truthear Zero:BLUE2 is a dual dynamic driver in-ear monitor for listeners who want deep, textured bass with clean, unclouded mids.
It ships with a detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable terminated in 3.5 mm, silicone eartips in S, M and L, and foam tips in S and M. The 10 mm and 7.8 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 41 kHz, and at 5.8 Ω and 119.5 dB/Vrms it runs loud from a phone dongle with no amplifier.
The 2-pin fitting means the cable can be changed later.

Zero:BLUE2 is TRUTHEAR's dual dynamic driver in-ear monitor, tuned in collaboration with Crinacle. TRUTHEAR publishes a 10 mm plus 7.8 mm driver arrangement using silicone-suspension and polyurethane-suspension LCP composite diaphragms, 5.8 Ω ±15% impedance and 119.5 dB/Vrms sensitivity at 1 kHz, distortion under 1% at 1 kHz, a 20–41 kHz free-field range and a 20 Hz–20 kHz effective range. The cable is a detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin type terminated in 3.5 mm, and a 5 Ω impedance adapter is included. The Mic version adds a 3.5 mm microphone cable alongside the standard one; the standard version ships with the coaxial cable only, which is why the microphone is not listed as a product-level fact.

Shipping and delivery times
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, and we deliver nationwide. Shipping is charged per order on the total weight of the parcel and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard nationwide delivery is handled by J&T Express. Estimated transit time after dispatch: Metro Manila 1–3 days, Luzon 1–5 days, Visayas and Mindanao 3–7 days, island destinations 5–6 days. Transit times are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day; orders after 2:00 PM go out on the next warehouse day. The warehouse runs Monday to Saturday, so an order placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday is dispatched on Monday.
Express Shipping – Metro Manila is ₱250 for parcels up to 20 kg, delivered by Lalamove, and appears at checkout for Metro Manila addresses. It follows the same 2:00 PM cut-off.
Free shipping over ₱500
Orders over ₱500 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard rates only. It does not apply to Express Shipping – Metro Manila (₱250), which is charged in full at any order value.
Returns and warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects with a full replacement policy, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The product packaging and all included accessories must be intact.
The warranty does not cover physical damage from mishandling, unauthorized modifications or repairs. We offer replacements or store credit for items of equivalent value, and in some cases replacement parts such as cables free of charge.
To start a claim, message us on our Facebook page. If we approve a warranty return we pay the return shipping, provided the item is sent back via J&T Express.
